How was the year 2019 for your company?
We had excellent growth of 40% increase in our sales. We exceeded our target and are happy to have met our entire sales target.There is a spirit us buoyancy in the company and inspite of recessionary trends prevalent in the country we had excellent busy period in our company.
Did you make major changes in your company to combat recessionary trend prevalent in the country?
As mentioned we had excellent growth of our company and were not affected by the recessionary trend prevalent in the economy.
We have added two new products e.g “F” SERIES GEAR MOTOR and PLANETARY HELICAL GEAR MOTOR to our range of products.
Any breaking news for this EXCON-2019? What product/services are on display here at this Exhibition?
Yes, we have launched SMSR GEAR BOX and are receiving excellent response here.
Have you added any new features lately to delight your customers?
Our R&D are constantly at work and we are developing more and more products to our existing product line so that our customers have single source to get all their products need for Belt conveyor, Rollers, Idlers & Gear boxes.
We have added grinding facilities in house so we have better quality control and producing “Silent products” to reduce noise pollution at client end.
This facility has enhanced our production processes and is really a boon to further our endeavour in quality controls.
What take away you are expecting from EXCON -19?
EXCON is an idle platform to meet our customers both old and new and know their need. It is really a delight to meet our customers here at EXCON. It enables us to make our product line more users friendly.
Of course EXCON adds to our brand value.
