Are you going to participate in the upcoming Excon Exhibition 2022? What new products are you going to introduce to the market?
Yes, we are participating in this EXCON and more over we are one among the 14 EVENT Sponsors of Excon exhibition. We will be launching more than 10 new products which will revolutionize the market.
It's been a long time between 2019 and 2022 to be here at Excon 2022. What do you think of the company's overall performance?
During the Covid and lockdown entire market was down and limping. It had affected us as well, even the projects awarded in EXCON 2019 couldn’t be materialized. But post the Lockdown the market is getting back to normal and things are moving good. So overall company’s performance was satisfactory even though we couldn’t keep up with the pace.
Everyone has been affected by the pandemics over the last two years. Describe how challenging it was for you to remain stable in the market.
Pandemic have changed the entire market scenario. Projects were down and as well the Banks and NBFCS were not funding for the same. We had some good orders in hand and we were able to bag some more orders well enough to keep us busy and engaged from newer markets in India as well International. So it was easy and well sufficient for us to remain stable in the market. Also we introduced a lot of IOT and Automated services which helped out customers to get all out support even remotely to keep their machines running and ensuring better Availability.
How did you and your company manage to stay stable in the current economic situation that gave rise to the demand for and cost of raw materials?
We through our most advanced CRM and ERP system had done all our demand planning and had well managed our supply chain to counter the instabilities in the market. Price surge in the market on raw materials have slightly resulted in hike of our products and services in par with market inflation.
Tell us about a new innovation that your organization has implemented or plans to implement.
We are on phase of continuous improvement where IOT and industrial automation 4 is getting implemented in various segments of business. Latest CRM, ERP and other Tech NexGen processes, systems and functions are getting implanted in our day-to-day activities.
