Can you tell us about the history of Core Group and how it got started in the industry?

CORE group has started operation of crushing plant very long back in 2009, but it has started own manufacturing plant for manufacturing Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher, Vibrating screen. VSI and high frequency screens.

CORE only is well known in the organised sector especially in Road sector.

How has Core Group evolved over the years to meet changing market demands?

CORE group evolved over the years by introducing new state of art machine “Sander Cone” in fact we are the only company in the world offering Cone for making Sand. In fact traditionally crusher manufacturer offer Vertical Shaft Impactor (VSI) for making sand from aggregates. In fact this is not the right way. VSI be used only for shaping the aggregates.

What products or services does Core Group offer, and how do they differentiate from competitors in the market?

CORE machines are state of art product. We have inbuilt Rotary Feeder arrangement in our Cone Crusher. This enables machine to perform better and avoids sudden increase or decrease of amperes. Even the wear and tear of the Concave and Mantle is uniform, resulting in longer life.

Can you describe your product development process and how new products are brought to market?

We normally get our feedback from the customer. Based on their feedback we modify our machine and improve the product.

How does Core Group ensure the quality and reliability of its products?

We follow the strict  check on quality right from the raw casting. We normally send our quality people at the foundry to check the quality of casting, In fact we are of the opinion casting unit should be always from the different source instead of in-house, Proper quality and strict norms can be observed. Even machinery of the components are from the vendor place and our quality engineers are always inspecting them at regular intervals. This ensure a proper quality and strict tolerances are maintained. Quality of our machinery are never compromised.

How important is customer feedback in the product development process at Core Group?

It is very important and feedback from the customer are always taken positively and improvements  are always carried out.

Can you discuss any recent product launches or updates that have been particularly successful?

Recently we have come out of high frequency screen for screening 150micron below from the screen. Normally customers were using washing plants to separate the filler material from the sand. These screen are import substitute and we have manufactured them with our own technology. They are optimally priced compared to imported one.

How does Core Group stay current with emerging technologies and trends in the industry?

We normally set feedback from our customer and depending on their needs we have been develops and improving our product and product range.

Can you tell us about any partnerships or collaborations that Core Group has established with other companies or organizations?

NO, We have no collaboration with any foreign company but we do have some extent on our panel to guide us and help us to improve our product and guide us for new product developments.
