JSSI procure all raw materials from the stage of selection of world class supplies from Germany, Italy, China and South Korea including Vizag steel plant in India because from our long experience we understand it is raw material which is having the major negativity impact in the quality of the finished products of a company. After passing through all the previous QA tests, the complete and accepted cylinders are sent to the hydraulic pressure test bench and there after the logistic department do the secured packaging for a sea worthy movement for the final destination of the export country.

The plant has provision of an Automatic Hydraulic Cylinder Assembly Line in tandem with a continuous vertical hard chrome plating machine which is first of its kind in India. This is one of the important success formulas of our company. 

We provide delivery on time, have complete cylinder analysis and testing capability which also includes steel tube burst pressure using BARLOW method and endurance test.
