In this financial year government's focus diverted from traditional bitumen road to durable and low maintenance converted road projects. For making concrete roads, continuous huge amount of ready mix concrete is required. This is possible with the help of higher capacity batching plants.
According to the demand, AMRUTA Infratech Pvt. Ltd. Started to manufacture Fix form Paver with gang needle option. This fix form pavers are available in 2.75 metres to 9 metres or more width for concrete road and irrigation projects. For more compaction we are giving gang needle option to our customer for more compaction. It's completely fulfil needs of our contractors working on various projects, including national and state highways, airport and canals.
What new innovations are being designed at your end to raise the efficiency of your plant/equipment?
AMRUTA Infratech Pvt. Ltd. always believe in innovation and able to design equipment as per the requirement of the customer. Due to rapid change in construction techniques and growth in high rise building construction activities, concrete equipment too needs a paradigm shift. To cater these construction equipment needs, we have reintroduced our existing products with new innovations & techniques. We have recently introduced our high capacity concrete batching plant with twin shaft mixer. As per market requirements and our customer's demand we have also introduced our new NANO Concrete Batching Plant with Pan Mixer. Ii is very help full for small concrete road projects.

Most of the Plants/Equipments are in action at a distant location in the country? How do you provide your services to resolve the problems of your contractors?
AMRUTA Infratech Pvt. Ltd. have nationwide network of authorised dealers and sales representatives, With our strong spares back-up and prompt service ,we have maintain reputation mark in the market.
AMRUTA has identified four new locations for its dealer network expansion. At different locations dealers are already serving the customer and remaining locations will be covered by AMRUTA very soon. At present dealer's location genuine spare stocks are available, but gradually we will cover all the locations with spares stocks availability.
AMRUTA have set up a wide service network through well trained & experienced service engineers. We offer an annual maintenance contract and take care of schedule services of plant to make sure that the plant is running 'without any break down.'
Our prompt and efficient service after sale is one of the main reasons for the company to get repeated orders from existing clients.

AMRUTA uses touch screen PLC Technology to integrate all the batching functions into one integrated controller, which provides real time batching control on a PLC and all in one PC. Windows based user friendly system will inspires you with how quickly a new operator can learn the system. Automatic material in air compensation, Emergency Cut out switch.HMI and Operating elements on the board front door. Production data back up on pen drive memory. Possibility to switch over to manual operation. Option for printer interface for full day record. SCADA Software for More Reporting like production and batch report. It's designed for Heavy duty operations. In our control system very simple weighing calibration. We also consider safety technology in our control system. It's very low maintenance and cost efficient with full connectivity. It's very easy to use software we are giving in our control panel. Total 999 recipes can be configured according to batch requirement for fast production. Any part of the plant can be run manually and controls are customized to exact plant needs. Fully interlocked system complies with all safety standards for global market to prevent accidents and lost time.

What new product/services have you added in the recent past to give extended services to your customers?
The ACP & AMP series of plants has been introduced in India for the first time. It's very compact plant with the entire structure requiring minimum civil foundations in comparison to other conventional plants. The plant is supplied in a ready to use conditions as it is completely prewired to prevent loss of erection time. It is also beneficial for buyers to save time and money through easy transportation and lighter assembling entailed while shifting the plant from one site to another. This series of plant is provided with the latest batching software.
The AMT series with Twin Shaft Mixer Model is especially designed to produce concrete at sites where quality, flexibility and performance are the key features. Twin shaft Mixer is completely manufactured by AMRUTA in its well furnished updated work shop by Latest Technology Machinery. All of the parts of Twin Shaft Mixer are manufactured in own work shop only. The plant is made up in welded construction of steel profiles. For protective corrosion we apply first two coat of Epoxy primer and then two coats of PU Paints. We first dismantle all parts and then apply paint.
