At starting, we was having very Limited Models of Automatic Fly Ash Bricks Plants & Concrete Blocks plant to be offered to our Clients, but now, we have developed more than 8 Models for Automatic Fly Ash Bricks Plant & 3 Models of Automatic Concrete Blocks Plant to serve wide span of Client from various Budget category. We are offering Fully Automatic Fly Ash Bricks Plant & Concrete Blocks Plant with Automatic Material Batching Systems & Automatic Pallet Stacker as well as we are also offering Manual & Semi Automatic Machineries for the same. We want to serve every segment of Clients in this industry. We also work on Turnkey Based projects for Special Requirement from Clients.
Let us know about your capacity range of your plants? Can they be installed at the construction site like the mobile concrete plants?
We are offering Automatic Fly Ash Bricks Plant for Production Capacity of 400 Bricks per Hour to 5000 Bricks per Hour. Our Plants are modular type & can be shifted & re installed at various site as per required. We also provide Erection & Commissioning Services for Shifting & Re Installation of Our Plants as per Clients requirement.
What factors contribute for optimizing the cost of the Fly Ash Brick production? Is the vicinity of Thermal power a decisive factor?
Main Factors effecting Optimising the Production of Fly Ash Bricks is availability of Raw Material. So, most of the Clients prefer to install the Fly Ash Bricks Manufacturing units near Thermal Power Plants to avail easy & cheaper benefit of availability of Raw Materials, but nowadays, because Fly Ash Bricks are being accepted widely for construction activities, Fly Ash Bricks Plants are being installed at some distance from Thermal Power Plants also. Main Raw Materials at these Plants may very from Fly Ash to Stone Dust or River Sand.
