1)  It’s been 3 years since Exhibitions/events are not organized in Nepal, how do you feel about the upcoming 7th Nepal Buildcon International Expo organized in March 2022? What are you expecting from the Exhibition?

 A.  This time we expect more foot falls at our stall as in last three years neither we nor our clients got a chance to meet face to face although we did good business in Nepal since June 2019 and we are hoping to get good response from our existing as well as new customers during expo, as after such a long time we all are getting chance to showcase our products and buyers will also be excited to visit expo as its very long time since last exhibition happened.

 2)  What product/services are you going to display in the exhibition?

 A.  This time we are going to showcase our civil and road construction machines namely stationary concrete batching plants, wet mix plants, asphalt drum mix plants, mini batching machines, mobile concrete batching plants and storage silos. 

3)  With pandemics still feared and the relations between India and China under stress do you fear the Exhibition will be affected?

A.  As we all know Indo Nepal relations are very strong and Indian products have good demands in Nepal due to decades of trust and relation that we share with Nepal, more to this cultural values and business patterns are quite similar so as per our opinion we don’t think there will be any negative impact of such factors on expo, in fact now every where the situation turns pretty normal as pre covid era.

4)  How were your relations with your existing client during this pandemic? How did you stay connected?

A.  During this pandemic we all were like home arrest and social media and calls were only way to connect with world so during that phase of pandemic we kept good touch with our existing clients through WhatsApp video chats and calls where we used to send periodic greetings and our CRM team kept good touch with the clients and in such tough situation we were able to satisfy our client with on time telephonic as well as on site service assistance thanks to our dedicated service team and support of Team Terra.

 5)  Have you recently added any new product/plant/equipment to your existing product line.?

A.  Post covid situation demanded cost effective solution of Civil and road construction works hence we also worked hard and developed our Compact mobile batching units for the concrete works namely TMP and TRM series which gives all the benefit of big RMC plants in terms of automation and weighing systems but very cost effective and designed to meet the current requirement of the market where on site RMC is required and space is a constraint for plant set up, more to this in asphalt hot mix plant we also developed mobile plants namely TDM 20 and TDM 25 which are single chassis mounted plants and best suitable for smaller quantity works and for the hilly terrains where mobility is required to relocate the machine once the work is over. We also given automation advancement in control system where one can connect the system with internet and we can figure out the trouble online hence reduce the down time at site and able to give real time solution to our client at site.
