Q.  India's construction equipment market is projected to cross $ 4.7 billion by 2025, on account of anticipated growth in the construction industry, increasing foreign investments, and the rising number of smart city projects in the country. How is your company geared to meet the rising demand?

A.  With the upcoming era of development, we are focusing more on the large-scale requirements of the country. We can rely on the professional staff who has been keeping the company up and running from the start. Our new factory is set up in Varsola, Ahmedabad, with an area of 22000 sq meter. This factory can produce 15-20 batching plants per month. New products like transit mixers will also be manufactured with ease. We supply 5-8 batching plants per month, which will increase by 15-20 in the future.

 Q.  Kindly let us know the range of Concrete Equipment your company is manufacturing?

 A.  MOBILE CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT - As the name suggests, these plants offer high mobility. Suitable for small to medium sites. These plants offer low production capacity suitable for small areas. One major advantage of   such plants is that they need no foundation to be functional. Unlike other plants they operational right from the start without blocking space. COMPACT CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT – Suitable for remote sites, these plants offer high flexibility and efficiency. They are transported in small parts and assembled on-site with little to no foundation required. STATIONARY CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT – Stationary plants are highly used for large-scale production. These are mainly used in RMC plants and large-scale projects. They are highly efficient with a maximum capacity of 120 cubic meters per hour production rate.

 Q.  Which is the flagship product?

 A.  Stationary Concrete batching plant NE 30 SP and NE 60 SP are our flagships in Stationary Plants. Compact Concrete Batching Plant NE 30 CP is also one of the most sold products. Having a capacity of 30 cubic meters per hour, this plant offers flexibility and efficiency with ease to transport and set up.

 Q.  Have you recently added any new product/plant/equipment to your existing product line?

 A.  Stationary Concrete batching plant was previously only available with TwinShaft mixers and Pan Mixers. We have added another mixer line to that. The Planetary Mixers are mainly used with cement pipes to directly dispose of the concrete where it is needed. Planetary Mixers manufactured by Sicoma are considered best in class in the industry, which is attached to Concrete Batching Plant.

 Q.  How has the Pandemic and the fear of new Epidemics affected your company. What measures have you taken to sustain your production?

 A.  The pandemic affected businesses around the globe. We are no exceptions. There has also been a steady increase in competitors' day by day. We are adapting to newer technologies to sustain not only the existing production capacity, make our products user-friendly and environmentally safe as well. This in turn will result in customer satisfaction as well as increased sales.
