Tell us about a technological breakthrough that your company has implemented or intends to implement?

INNOMAC being a name for innovations in construction Equipment's, we have made an 100% Make In India Rebar Scraps straightening machines a quarter back launched. And have supplied to construction giants like M/s Shapoorji Pallonji, M/s Godrej sites, M/ s SVS Projects and so on across the country. These machines helps to convert the Scrap Rebars creating at sites converting to usable straight rebars and hence makes the projects profitable too.

The inbuilt rebar cutting systems added in this machine helps to shear the bulge end of the scrap rods and makes them easy insertion to nozzles.

Similarly the latest technology Rack & Pinion Passenger Cum Materials Hoist is our upcoming advanced product which can comparable with European hoists standards and can meet at Indian prices with all added productivity and safety features needed to construction sites .

What were the primary complaints or queries concerning products or services that you faced during the pandemic?

There are two main things we come across, the first one is availability of Equipment to customer orders due to raw materials / manufacturing processes affected due to uncertain local downs across various cities. The second one is most of the commodity metals like steel , iron, copper, aluminium, zinc prices increase have caused the lot of finished goods prices that leads to sale effects too in some regions and customers .

What you foresee the developments in India during this new financial year and your business growth?

As we seen the last quarter of last financial year was good to see the overall results . That carries the confident this year will go better to us. Also there are certain states elections and central election year is nearing, there are many infrastructure and developments activities announced and are getting happening across States, that should boost the business growth.

The new products launches and its business, also our focus towards exports in this financial year shall add the growth progress to Innomac.

Is there a new product or service that your company has been attempting to implement in the last two years? What new products and services are you going to introduce to the market?

Since two years we have launched and offering our customers complete range of rebar cutting , bending and scrap rebar straightening machines, range of monkey hoists, multi-functional materials hoists, Reversible Concrete Mixers, Suspended Platforms and ranges of Building Maintenance Units. There are more than 1500 units working across the country. We have Pan India Sales and Service presence to cater the customers' requirements and product support.

We have coming up with range of Passenger cum Materials Hoists, Concrete Products , De coiling Machines, CNC Stirrups Making Machines in this new Financial Year.

How did you and your company manage to remain stable in the current economic crisis, which has raised the bar for the cost of raw materials?

Of course, it was a great challenge during this three major waves of Covid and its effect on our Construction Equipment's Business, though it was a very hard times, INNOMAC managed with the strong Will Power of Team working even hard with new solutions to bring in to market, successfully developing its market, and have the Decent Business Progress .

The cost of Raw Materials increase was a big effect at critical stage of Covid effects. But there was less chance we have except explaining our customers better on these developments and get suitable price realisations on our products.
