In this interview, TERRA EQUIPMENTS discusses their company's future and experience in the business, as well as how they have differentiated themselves from the competition throughout the years.
Describe your company's future and experience in this industry, as well as how your goods stand out from the competition?
We have more than 16 years of rich experience in manufacturing and suppling Civil and road construction machines, and due to vast experience and good team we are at the moment able to meet the customer's key requirement and providing cost effective solutions to changing demands of construction industry, from our view point we feel the coming future is very bright for the construction industry as there are plenty of announcement by government regarding new projects across India. If we talk about our UCP, At Terra our prime focus is on quick and prompt after sales service and on time dispatch so that our buyer can meet their dead lines of project on time.
What are your goods' most recent advancements in skill development, engineering, and design?
Recently we equipped our all the batching units with modern controlling units where we integrated oil change schedules, maintenance schedule and error reports in control panel which helps a lot to plant operator and in charge to run machine with minimum down time and quick resolution of the problem due to inbuilt trouble shooting, even we have started 18 x 7 on call support assistance at head office so that our clients can get telephonic support and video support as and when required and by this we can make the machine run in very shorter span of time.
Tell us about your notion of quality and how you maintain quality control on all of your products.
At terra we have strict quality norms where all the inward material at shop floor is checked by the QC engineers and all the jobs during fabrication phase, assembly phase and in pre dispatch trial phase all the aspects are strictly checked as per our set standards of design, we have separate design team headed by well experienced design head to ensure smooth working of machines at site, even we also carry out feedback reporting from our existing customers periodically which helps us to improve the concerned areas and which also provide us the input for modification and innovation in existing product design to meet changing requirement of the market.
What vision do you have for new products that you have launched?
Our vision is to provide quality concrete batching machines at affordable price backed by quick after sales services. Recently we have launched ultra-compact mobile concrete batching plants named TMP series and our vision is to meet the requirement of the construction sites where space is a biggest issue and frequent shifting of the machine is required. So we have specially designed our TMP series which is tyre mounted batching plants having PLC based controlling system and pan type mixing unit, these plants are developed with the vision to provide best solution for real estate industry's small projects where time limits are short and space is a problem at site.
Why do consumers pick your firm, and how do you differentiate yourself from the competition?
Key reasons which give us advantages over our competitors are vast range of products having various capacities, innovative designs, affordable price, quick and effective after sales service, user friendly plant operating and maintaining system, periodic ground feedback from users, on time dispatches of orders, these given reasons give us mileage over competition in market.
