In the interview, NILKANTH ENGINEERING WORKS discusses how they have worked hard to give their clientele a hassle-free experience.
Tell us about a technological breakthrough that your company has implemented or intends to implement?
With the pandemic, the world was put on lockdown, resulting in travel restrictions. Nilkanth Engineering immediately took charge of the situation and moved everything online. To increase our online presence, we updated our existing website, created videos to explain our products, and launched new social media campaigns, all while putting sales at the forefront of our strategy. We hosted informative webinars and online meetings to build trust and educate our customers because customer relationships are our top priority. We are constantly striving to differentiate ourselves from our competitors and produce unique results in all aspects of our business.
The bottom line is that we can engage with our customers both online and offline because our primary focus is on them. Clients are critical to our company's survival and growth because Nilkanth focuses on them.
Extensive use of cutting-edge technology
Continuous Quality Control
A software-maintained packaging list reduces installation hiccups.
Calibration is performed on-site on the same day, whereas others require two or three days.
What were the primary complaints or queries concerning products or services that you faced during the pandemic?
When the government began issuing stay-at-home orders and companies mandated virtual work, everyone's priorities had to shift. As an executive coach for C-level executives and senior leaders, we have firsthand knowledge of the challenges that leaders face on a daily basis.
Our primary concern was, of course, the safety of their employees, colleagues, customers, and family members at home. And we were working hard to keep their supply chains running smoothly in order to maintain business continuity. However, as leaders consider larger, longer-term issues.
In this critical situation, how convenient did our firm make it for you to stand out in a crowded market of competition?
Nilkanth Engineering has always excelled at becoming a customer-focused organisation. Nilkanth ensures that the clients' needs are met throughout the process, from concept to installation and maintenance. Furthermore, Nilkanth ensures that the quality of its concrete batching plant is guaranteed 100 percent and that same-day service is provided without delay. As a result of these critical factors, Nilkanth Engineering has grown to become one of the most reputable manufacturers and exporters of all types of construction machinery.
By providing the best and most cost-effective mobile concrete batch plants, we hope to become a global market leader. We are constantly striving to provide our clients with a hassle-free experience.
Is there a new product or service that your company has been attempting to implement in the last two years? What new products and services are you going to introduce to the market?
Previously, stationary concrete batching plants could only be equipped with TwinShaft mixers or Pan Mixers. We've added a second mixer line to that. Planetary mixers are primarily used in conjunction with cement pipes to dispose of concrete directly where it is required. Sicoma's planetary mixers are the best in class in the industry and are attached to concrete batching plants.
How did you and your company bear the cost of raw materials?
Cost-cutting is a prudent strategy for businesses struggling to survive the economic impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19). Positive cash flow was critical to maintaining financial health, and cutting costs helped us stay in the black when sales were slow. However, cutting costs runs the risk of reducing business exposure. We strategically cut non-essential costs to maintain market presence and prepare for the post-pandemic rebound. Cash flow projections have assisted us in determining how much money we need to save and how much money we have available to spend. This has enabled us to make wise decisions that have both reduced our expenses and allowed us to maintain a presence in order to be ready for success when the pandemic is over.
