At the moment we have launched only one variant of self-loading concrete mixer and our Model is ULTRA 4.0 which is having 4 CuM batch capacity and equipped with best of class accessories and automation where till date we have sold around 4 machines to our known clients and all our very happy with the output and performance of the machine working at different locations in Gujarat. In near future we are planning to launch smaller capacity machines namely of 1 CuM batch capacity and 2 CuM batch capacity.

Our model ULTRA 4.0 is having 4 CuM batch capacity and batch cycle time of 20 mins, having inbuilt latest controlling unit with printing facility, more to this we have installed Kirloskar brand engine so that our clients will have easy availability of service related to engine and have great fuel efficiency, the loading bucket of the machine is having hydraulic gate so one can control the discharge of the aggregates and avoid the spillage of the material during feeding,  three way steering system makes it suitable for all terrain operation, and reversible operator post makes it easy to use for the operator during works at sight, even we provide 4 x 4 drive which boost up the power of the machine in any conditions at sight, having shorter turning radius and meets the ARAI norms. We also provide optional features on additional cost like additive dozing system, rear view camera system, GPS tracking and swinging system of the drum on request.

As the said machine is automobile product like cars so lots of precautions are required to taken care while manufacturing the product at shop floor, with aim of highest level of safety and quality our management has allotted separate shop floor for the said machine product range where separate team of over qualified engineers, R & D department and quality work forces constantly monitor the assembly line, testing, and final product performance on shop floor itself, having separate department for hydraulic testing and fittings and before dispatch we take all the tests like lifting capacity test, run test, drum rotation and RPM, as well as scanning of welding works and parts assembled including cabling work. If we talk about the inputs that we use in our machine are best in class whether it's a axles of the machine, hydraulic kits, and steering units we use top class inputs as we believe in delivering consumer surplus. Even we have shot blasting unit and separate paint booth station for the self-loading mixers. 

The core buyers for the Our self-loading mixers are civil contractors, rental companies, hydro power companies, tunnel contractors, contractors of solar parks, and contractors who have small concrete quantities at different places on sight as the machine gives highest mobility and it's easy to operate. 

We give top most priority to after sales service and with the said vision we have qualified engineers at strategic locations across India, so we can give prompt and reliable service to our users in minimum lead time, even we did special contracts with our OEMs so that for each and every bought out items our customer can get immediate service in minimum time frame which in results reduces the down time of the machine at sight. At the moment we have 17 strategic locations across India from where we can give prompt service to our clients as we keep adequate stock of spares and engineers at every location to meet emergencies. Even we have 24 x 7 working centralized service department at head office to meet any kind of service requirement
