Q Green Techcon Ltd. has established itself as a technology-focused manufacturer of advanced machinery and complete solutions for brick, block and precast concrete product manufacturing. Based in Mehsana, Gujarat, the company has built its expertise around automation, production efficiency, product consistency and sustainable construction-material manufacturing.

The company was incorporated in 2014 as Q Green Techcon Pvt. Ltd. and subsequently became Q Green Techcon Ltd. in 2023, marking an important milestone in its growth journey. Today, Q Green offers a broad portfolio of machinery and turnkey production solutions for bricks, concrete blocks, paver blocks, kerbstones and other precast construction products.

Q Green’s technology portfoliois also focused on wet press technology, developed to address the evolving requirements of modern precast manufacturing. Through Q Green Forest Press, a joint venture with Forest Press Hydraulics Ltd., UK, the company has brought Forest Press technology to India. The venture focuses on manufacturing wet press machines, take-off units, pallet magazines, volumetric dispensers, tooling packages, spare parts and after-sales support. Q Green Forest Press is positioned as an Indian manufacturer producing machines in accordance with Forest Press specifications.

Alongside wet press technology, Q Green has developed a comprehensive range of automated production systems, including its QGH series for fly ash brick manufacturing and RT series for concrete block and paver production. The RT range includes models from RT2 to RT15, allowing manufacturers to select machinery according to production capacity, product requirements and plant scale.

Another important area of the company’s technology offering is curing and curing-chamber technology. Q Green integrates automated handling, rack-loading and unloading systems with controlled curing processes to support consistent product quality and efficient production cycles. Its automated systems are designed to move wet products into curing chambers and subsequently transfer cured products towards arranging, cubing and packaging stages.

Q Green also incorporates advanced HS and CDS technologies from Germany and the UK, strengthening its focus on precision, automation and international engineering standards.

The company has further expanded its technological capabilities through its association with Alfanio Pumps, Q green Alafani Pvt Ltd. including a joint venture aimed at bringing advanced pumping solutions and expertise to the market. This strengthens Q Green’s broader technology ecosystem beyond individual machines and supports its approach towards integrated manufacturing solutions.

Sustainability remains another important aspect of Q Green’s approach. Its technologies support the manufacturing of construction products using materials such as fly ash, helping convert industrial by-products into useful building materials while reducing dependence on conventional coal-fired clay-brick production.

With its combination of indigenous engineering, international technology collaborations, automation and turnkey plant solutions, Q Green Techcon continues to contribute to the evolution of India's construction-material manufacturing industry. Its participation at bauma CONEXPO INDIA reflects this broader vision showcasing how advanced machinery, wet press technology, intelligent curing systems and international technology partnerships can shape the next generation of efficient and sustainable construction-material production.
