Operating from well equipped machine and fabrication shop facilities spread over 50,000 Sq. Ft. (with a provision of expansion of 130,000 Sq. Ft.) by utilizing AutoCAD/SOLID WORKS Engineering software and modern method of quality standard.

Developed with its own R & D center with experienced and dedicated team of 60 Engineer’s and skilled workers.

Based in Gujarat, Q Green group is  engaged in Manufacturing, Exporting and Supplying the finest quality range of Bricks & Block Making Machines, Paver Block Making Machine, Handling automation for all these machines, etc.

In 2009, Q Green joined hands to form a joint venture with a blue-chip Chinese company, “Beijing REIT Technology Development Company Ltd”. A Joint venture, “REIT Q GREEN Machines Pvt. Ltd.”, manufactures a wide range of fully automatic and semi-automatic brick & Block machines production lines.

Our Latest venture with Forest Press Hydraulics offers three options of handling systems, single mould press and MINI press with semi-automatic and fully automatic handling systems. Tooling packages, spare parts and service can be fully supported with any technical or production advice. This makes us competent to offer any wet press customer general spares and tooling, from a simple seal to a complete turnkey solution on a green field site.

Recently introduced is the technology of an automated Curing System for Bricks and Blocks which is an initiative towards water preservation.

Q Green have embarked on the journey to address the wet press and Block making market in India and its surrounding countries with an open mind in regards to other sectors of the world, between the two companies endless goals can be achieved offering from small introduction machine set ups and equipment up to complete installations from a green field site with full project support from the foundations to the commissioning of the equipment supplied. The company is in the unique position to be able to supply complete batching plants to feed equipment for the manufacture of semi dry or wet concrete production, more importantly support the equipment supplied for the duration it is in production. The company is on a mission to supply good quality reliable equipment to the market place with full backup and support.
