Pakona is a representative of 'Atma Nirbhar Bharat,' one of India's largest exporting manufacturers. Pakona Engineers Pvt. Ltd, the leading manufacturer of machinery uses vibration technology to manufacture precast concrete pipes in India. It manufactures fully automatic pipe machines in Vadodara, Gujarat.

The company started manufacturing Vertical Cast Concrete Pipe Plants in the Year 2010.

Pakona offers Fully Automatic Concrete Pipe Machine Mach 1200 / 1600 which can produce 40 – 60 numbers of pipes from 300 -1,600 mm diameter per 8 hours shift. 

It also offers superior machines for manufacturing Pre-cast   Box Culverts, U Drains and Manhole Chambers & Concrete Pipe

How your company has embedded European technology and standards in their production and operation also, how it is managed successfully?

Pakona is the only Indian company to make fully automatic concrete pipe making machine with European Technology. Considering the massive infrastructure development plan by the state and the central governments there will be huge demands for the pipes, box culverts and U drains.  Through automisation customer can save time and resources and manufacture green products

What is the major uniqueness of your products and services that helps you to stand out from the crowds of such dynamic market?

Currently Pakona Pipe Machines are being used across the India in various highway and road projects, helping in nation building exercise. In short, a user of concrete pipes shall derive lot of benefits in case he changes over to the pipes made by this technology and insist for the same.

Why your company is known as a Pioneer in manufacturing Pre-cast machinery pipes such as, Box Culverts, U Drains and RCC Pipes? How does it make sense?

With Pakona pipe making machines highway contractors can cast 40 boxes in a day, thus reducing 25 days cycle of cast-in-situ Box culvert directly into a single day. In fact, Pakona PPM 2500 has a distinction of being one of the fastest precast culverts making machine in India.

Pakona Pipe Machines have proved to be a boon for contractors working in smart city projects where utilities and drainages need to be laid at a speed. Contractors can not only cast U drains and pipes at a speed but can also   saving up to 30% on material cost. Pakona's engineering team offers vide range of concrete consultancy services to its customers helping enable them to efficiently execute their projects.

What is the upcoming innovation strategy, you are planning to implement to enhance your business growth and profit? Are You confident that this will be beneficial for your organizational development?

Pakona engineering has its CNC machine; all the machines we use, like laser technology, are full of automatization. We also give the customer our software when it comes to batching plants. That is how we do it; our factory makes all the raw materials in India. Therefore, servicing becomes easier. The other day when we were interacting with a few government officials, they said more than access to innovative machinery, getting after sales and service has become an issue. So, our strength is in our in-house R&D team and our facilities. We have all the spares and everything that has been manufactured with the vibrator technology, the Precast technology. So, that is how we are coping with new trends. We can customise certain products for our customers.
