How was your experience at Excon 2019 held at Bangalore?
It was a great experience, again at EXCON 2019. We have earlier participated in EXCON exhibition and like the past exhibition EXCON 2019 was again a happy experience from the point of meeting old and new customers, knowing their present and future requirements and also meeting some new vendors as well as service providers who would help us with innovation, optimizing and enhancing value of our plant/equipment.
It also has always been a new learning experience at EXCON we learn , new ways to do business ,meet new People from world over, experience new environment ,and come to know new technologies, the happenings with our big and small competitors at one location.
We always await the EXCON exhibition and have special plans to launch newer features of our plants at EXCON
We gain a lot at EXCON.
How did you find the overall arrangements?
To be honest it was more cumbersome then past. We do understand that exhibition like EXCON scale would meet with chaotic experiences but some more detailed planning and execution would save visitors and participants from chaotic experience.
Some suggestion from our side would definitely make the organizer more aware of the problems visitors and participants face.
We recommend:
• More buses to be deployed for to & fro for transportation from Metro station to EXCON exhibition venue. The gap between two buses should not be more than 5 minutes.
• Cars and large buses should have a separate entrance and exit rather than entering and exiting from same main gate. The main should be available only for people walking on foot.
• Special parking should be allotted for the rental cars and rickshaws for general people to avail the rental facilities.
• More traffic controlling personnel to be deployed at the gate during evening to avoid chaos and panic.
How was response for your product / services you displayed?
The response was excellent. Our answer to the first question says it all.
Did you receive any spot sales?
Probably spot sales never happen in our Industry. Customers take time to buy a capital equipment. Again we arrive at closure of sales after a detailed discussion.
Would you participate next time taking bigger space?
Yes.By Grace of God Yes we would like to take participates again with a bigger stall and would prefer to take space in front hall
