Ans. : We have introduced the new SMSR Type gearbox for Stone Crusher units with new features and we are success with the customer co-ordination and will improve our sales with this product also.
Que. : How was the response of your prospective buyers? Did you have promises from your prospects? Were there spot sales?
Ans. : They are as always most positive with brand KIC and will have nice resonance with new sales increments, we got orders as well but no sales on the spot.
Que. : Did your participation at EXCON 17 help you in sharpening your marketing strategy?
Ans. : Surely, it is also like our trend to promote our Brand KIC, as we are with quality products always.

Ans. : Tremendous success with nice person, targeted persons visits , meeting and follow ups.
Que. : What product/services you want to emphasize most at our booth, pavilion or the open space you have acquired at EXCON? with the new knowledge of your product/services?
Ans. : Who know the products requirements with quality they ask properly and no person who can disturb or just know about our products, visitor are became much wise sp ask as they need and will be part of brand KIC.
Que. : How do you find the overall management of EXCON 17? Any suggestion Would you like to give the organizer?
Ans. : Over all good, but the visitors hour is fine but disturbed are the house keeping and security, they are not proper and responsible, use the unnecessary space and time when there is business hours.
