Nagendra Nath Sinha MD Rodic Digital & Advisory

Rodic Consultants, a leading engineering and digital infrastructure consulting company, today announced the appointment of Shri Nagendra Nath Sinha, IAS (Retd.), as the Managing Director of its wholly owned subsidiary Rodic Digital & Advisory. The new subsidiary has been set up to advance the company’s vision of building smarter, data-driven infrastructure systems and supporting governance with real-time, actionable insights.

Rodic Digital & Advisory, formerly conceptualized as Rodic Advisory & Technologies, marks a significant evolution in Rodic’s journey from merely being extended arms for execution of   infrastructure projects to a future where it also becomes extended brain of its partners through digital intelligence, governance strategy, and live data platforms for transformative impact.

The new subsidiary has been envisioned to reflect its sharpened focus on cutting-edge digital, AI, and real-time data solutions that empower governments and institutions to make bold, precise decisions. It pioneers intelligent digital platforms and strategic advisory, converting live operational data into actionable insights that bridge the gap between field execution and strategic governance utilising cutting edge digital tools.

A senior bureaucrat of the 1987 batch (Jharkhand cadre), Shri Sinha brings with him decades of leadership across key ministries, including Steel, Rural Development, Border Management, and transport infrastructure. He has served as Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministries of Rural Development and Steel and held pivotal roles such as Chairman of NHAI and Managing Director of NHIDCL. His leadership has been central to several landmark initiatives, including the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway, Zojila Tunnel, and the rollout of India’s Greening Roadmap for the steel sector.

Rodic Digital & Advisory brings together data science, AI, machine learning, and policy expertise to power intelligent platforms. Turning digital systems into policy action, Rodic has already implemented a state-wide digital platform under the Bhavya health project in Bihar. Similarly, Rodic’s digital platform now monitors over 13,000 kilometers of road assets in Bihar.
