The 12th edition of EXCON exhibition held last month, December 2023, in Bangalore not only provided platform to the manufacturers for displaying and demonstrating their products but also witnessed the launching of many new equipment and products from the industry players.

SANY India unveiled an array of revolutionary construction equipment


SANY India taking great pride in being recognized as “Naye Bharat ka Nirmata” launched 15 new machines, including cutting-edge electric machines designed for diverse applications such as earthwork, excavation, heavy lifting, deep foundation works, mining operations, road construction, and port equipment

The newly launched electric machines includes Electric Wheel Loader SW956E, Electric Large Excavator SY870E and Electric Reach Stacker SRSC45E3.

Redefining the crane technology, SANY launched the 1st Hybrid Truck Crane STC600T 5-P in India. It has diesel and electric mode for crane operation.

SANY also introduced 1st 150Ton crawler crane SCS1500A with luffing jib configuration in India, and new generation 60T SCS600A and 80T SCS800A crawler cranes.

Other debutants are Ultra Large Excavators' 135T class SY1350C-10HD and SY680C-10HD for mining sector; 20Ton class excavator SY210C-9 SPARC, 37Ton class customized excavator SY365C-9LA and 35Ton SPARC series excavator SY350C-9HD SPARC in Midsize Excavator segment; and 15Ton Small Excavator SY150C-9S PRO, and all new SANY SMG200 AWD Motor Grader.

Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) India unveiled range of electric machines


Leading the charge towards more sustainable operations in mining, material handling, steel, cement, and urban infrastructure sectors, Volvo CE unveiled range of electric machines.

With the first-of-its-kind commercial launch of EC500 Electric, India's first grid-connected electric excavator in the 50-ton class, Volvo CE pioneers a transition to zero-emission mining and construction machinery.

In addition to this, the transformative potential of the L120 Electric Wheel Loader which was a pilot launch offered a glimpse into the future of material handling at ports, mines, plants, and other construction sites, offering no tailpipe emissions, near-silent operations, and a more comfortable work environment for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications.

EC80 Electric, an addition to its already existing compact EC55 electric, used for urban construction and forestry, was also showcased as a near-production prototype.

CASE Construction Equipment unveils cutting-edge innovations


CASE Construction Equipment, a CNH Industrial trademark, declared their preparation for BS (CEV) V compliance by presenting their flagship Backhoe Loader - 770 NX Plus and Soil Compactor 1107 NX-PD. It also made its debut in two new categories in India, introducing an all-new Skid Steer Loader - SSL 175 and small machines via micro Excavator - CX 35D to its local product line.

Furthermore, the company showcased ten new and enhanced products and services, including an Electric Mini Excavator and a range of industry-leading Vibratory Compactors, Excavators, and Motor Graders with a variety of attachments, as well as the all-new FLEETPROTM, a value line components offering.

Tata Hitachi launched 4 new products and 2 new attachments along with futuristic electric machines


Tata Hitachi's presence at EXCON 2023 reaffirmed the company's position as an industry leader dedicated to driving innovation and shaping the future of construction equipment by introducing cutting-edge technology, innovative solutions, and sustainable practices.

Demonstrating obligation towards environmental sustainability, Tata Hitachi unveiled technologically advanced futuristic electric machines that included the ZAXIS 55U-6EB  (Electric Battery) and India's first indigenously developed E Electric concept mini excavator.

Tata Hitachi also launched four new products - EX 210LC PRIME, ZAXIS 220LC ULTRA, EX235 LC-VR and ZAXIS 490H ULTRA, along with 2 new attachments Vibro Ripper and Drum Cutter.

Schwing Stetter India announced new product lines, enters CE-subsegments


Schwing Stetter India enters CE-subsegments with announcement of new product line-ups. Schwing Stetter launched 31 new products for mining, shipping, and road & highway infrastructure industries, including port container handling, mining support, and road patching equipment at the show.

The launched vehicles will strengthen the Schwing Stetter's ecosystem and help address the pain points of the CE-subsegments – mining, ports, material handling and road and highway infrastructure in India.

KYB Conmat unveiled 5 new products, 3 new Self Loading Mixers CSLM 2500, CSLM 4200L, CSLM 4300S, Soil Compactor, and Wheel loader.
