SUZLON-the wind turbine supplier has been contracted by Re New Power Ventures to supply equipment for 300MW of projects in India.

 

Suzlon will supply, install, operate and maintain the projects, while ReNew Power will act as a developer.

Suzlon will begin by supplying 48 turbines to ReNew Power for a 100MW project in Maharashtra, on which construction has already commenced.

 

An agreement for the remaining 200MW will be finalised after the completion of site development by ReNew Power.
