Tata Housing Development company Ltd has won five awards under various categories at Asia Pacific Property Awards 2012, part of the International Property Awards London.
The company has won the multiple awards for the fourth year in a row at the Asia Pacific level, Mr Brotin Banerjee, Managing Director and CEO Tata Housing said.
Held in association with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) the Asia Pacific Property Awards recognizes 40 categories of distinction within the field of development, interior design, architecture and real estate. Each project was judged by a team of 65 professionals from the property discipline. They ascertained based on quality of design, construction and presentation of individual properties as well as interior architecture and marketing.
Tata Housing established in 1984 and revived in 2006, currently has 46 million sq.ft. are under various stages of planning and execution and an additional 19 million sq.ft. in the pipeline across India.It caters to all consumer segments from value to luxury housing by offering products ranging from Rs 5 lakhs to 14 crores.
